We aim to reply within two working days, and to act on reports of objectionable
content within 24 hours.
Open the ParaLaff, tap the menu in its corner, and choose Report. Pick the reason that fits and add a note if it helps. You can also report an account from its profile. Reports go to a queue that a person works through; you will not be told which of your reports led to what, but they are all read.
Open their profile and choose Block. Blocking is mutual: their ParaLaffs disappear from your feed and yours disappear from theirs.
Only ParaLaffs built from the built-in library can be published. Anything you pasted or photographed stays on your phone — you can still play it, hear it read aloud, and export the share card or video, but there is no Publish button for it. This is deliberate: it keeps other people's copyrighted text off the feed, and it is why we can promise your own text never leaves your device.
You can close your account in the app's settings, or write to us and we will do it. Closing an account takes your published ParaLaffs off the feed.
If we removed something of yours and you think we got it wrong, reply to the notice or write to support@paralaff.app. A different person will look at it.
